Product Description : For bigger tasks across the board, the 5” utility and deboning knife can tackle everyday kitchen prep that needs more precise slicing or straighter cuts. The stain-free, high-carbon steel offers a sharp blade out of the box and withstands sharpening sessions. This multi-tasker, ideal for slicing fruits, vegetables, boneless meats, bigger produce and protein prep, and debones bigger cuts for more intensive prep. Grip pressure and joint or muscle fatigue are reduced due to a longer handle, textured surface, and reverse hook guard to prevent slipping injuries. The Sani-Safe polypropylene handle prevents the blade from dislodging, while protecting it from bacteria growth due to smaller food particles. No matter what the task, the utility and deboning knife is up for the job. Our SANI-SAFE® handle feature a flawless seal between the blade and handle to protect against contamination. (#11223)
