Food changes lives—both in the nourishment it provides and the avenues it presents for aspiring chefs. Knives and kitchen tools play just a small part in those stories, so we look for ways to amplify our impact. Here are a few causes with which we’re humbled to be affiliated.
Mercy Chefs serves professionally prepared meals to victims, volunteers and first responders in the aftermath of natural disasters and national emergencies. With the help of 10,000 volunteers, they’ve delivered aid in nearly 30 states and nine countries. We help to equip Mercy Chefs with knives and tools that enable their important work.

One in nine people in the U.S. may not know where their next meal is coming from. Among several initiatives, NAFEM and its member companies, like us, fight hunger in our communities. Our partnership with NAFEM helps to support food banks locally and across the country.
Since 1990, C-CAP has provided culinary and life skills to teens in underserved regions. They help 20,000 students annually find a pathway to a career. We’re proud to work with C-CAP to get knife kits in the hands of this next generation of chefs and foodservice professionals.
