Product Description : Our SANI-SAFE® 2 ½” tender/shoulder/trim knife with orange handle looks little, but it is fierce! The wide, bull-nose clip point reduces force and motion required to clean meat from skin, fat, tendon, and cartilage, ensuring more control and accuracy during butchering and fabrication. A reverse hook finger guard reduces slipping injury, while incorporating comfort. The handle has been extended for further consideration of all hand sizes. Anti-slip material secures chef’s grip to handle, while reducing gripping pressure and fatigue during extensive prep jobs. The strong blade-to-handle seal not only upholds a sanitary bond to the steel, but prevents the blade from being dislodged by tough jobs or work overtime.
