Smoked Queso

Ingredients
- 1 pound of velveeta cheese
- 8 ounces of cream cheese (Room temp)
- 1 can of rotel tomatoes
- 1 cup of poblano peppers diced
- 1 cup of Onion diced
- 1 pound of ground spicy italian sausage (Cook before adding)
- 1 tablespoon of All Purpose seasoning
- Sliced green onions for garnish
- Tortilla chips
Directions
- In an oven safe dish or cast iron add velveeta cheese, cream cheese, rotel tomatoes, poblano peppers and onions
- Season the ingredients with all purpose seasoning
- Place your queso on your smoker at 250 degrees
- After 30 minutes mix the queso thoroughly and add spicy sausage
- Let it cook for another hour and mix every 30 minutes
- Remove from your smoker and season lightly with cannibal all purpose seasoning
- Garnish with green onions
- Plate up with some chips and enjoy!
