Great little multitasker- not just for pie!
I originally grabbed the Dexter S174 pie knife for, well… pie. And yes, it slices through a homemade apple pie like a dream. But honestly, it’s turned into my go-to for way more than that. I’ve used it to serve cheesecake, cut lasagna (don’t judge me), lift slices of quiche, and even move brownies from the pan without tearing them apart. It’s basically the one server that lives in my top drawer because I keep reaching for it at every family gathering. If you’re someone who hosts a lot, or you just appreciate a tool that quietly does everything, this pie knife is worth it.
