Description

Our 2” Scallop Knife features a short and stiff blade that makes it easier than ever to pop open scallops. It is designed for handling bay and other smaller-sized scallops. The edge on the knife is smooth and made to scrape scallops out of the shell without butchering the delicate meat. Our SANI-SAFE® handle feature a flawless seal between the blade and handle to protect against contamination. (#10253)
