This knife features a razor sharp 8” blade that can glide underneath the skin with barely any effort. The blade also has a slight flex to it to allow you to make more fine cuts near bones. The handle is part of our SANI-SAFE® line, which is ergonomically designed to fit comfortably in the hand.
