Designed for power and precision, the 7" SOFGRIP Duo-Edge Santoku chops, slices and dices meats and vegetables with ease. Well-balanced, sharp as can be, and comfortable to hold, this knife is great for everything from cutting potatoes to breaking down a whole chicken with minimal effort. This knife has a couple features that make it different from a traditional chef’s knife, including a slightly different shaped blade designed to create ultra-thin slices without tearing; and alternating hollows on the side of the blade to allow air and juices to flow in to lubricate the blade during a cut for smooth slicing.
