If you have never tried a Santoku chef’s knife, then now is the time. Our iCUT®-FORGE 7" Duo-Edge Santoku Knife features a couple key differences from a typical chefs knife. The blade is a slightly different shape, which makes it great for dicing and mincing. There are also alternating hollows on both sides of the blade to allow air and juices in to lubricate every cut. The handle is designed to be comfortable, even when using it for extended periods of time. Imported. (#38463)
