Small Griddle Scraper
Overall very happy with this scraper for my griddle, which I use for that reason, or also as a secondary turner. The edge seems very straight, which makes cleaning the griddle surface very easy. I do wish that you made a version with a slightly angled handle (kind of like using one of your traditional turners, upside down) to provide that little bit of extra leverage for really stuck on messes. Would also like to see a traditional version of it. Only other improvement might be to make it 4”, but I will say getting between things with the 3” has been nice.
