such a practical knife!
Can't believe I don't see more of these. It's such versatile knife. Edge is plenty sharp to cut through breads, fruits, sandwiches, etc but the blade profile is wide enough to use as a spreader. Super useful if you're making lots of sandwiches like a deli or sub shop.
