My most-used knife
This is by far my most-used knife. I have a few stocked in my kitchen because I always want to have a clean one on hand. I use it for cut so many things where you don't need a huge knife, but something sharp and versatile: peppers, apples, lemons, strawberries, etc. It's a narrow blade but it's sharp and more durable than you'd think. It's like a paring knife on steroids.
