Product Description : When faced with bigger processing prep projects, our SANI-SAFE® 6” wide stiff deboning knife with orange handle is sturdy, honed, and ready for any challenge. It can serve its purpose with produce breakdown, but excels against big-boned processing, while still capable of delicate work like deboning poultry and fish filleting. The stain-free, high-carbon steel offers a sharp blade out of the box and withstands sharpening sessions when required. The handle has been extended for all grips to prevent muscle and joint fatigue during long prep times or heavy processing. The textured surface, and reverse hook guard to prevent slipping injuries. The Sani-Safe polypropylene blade-to-handle seal keeps the blade in place, while protecting it from food particle contamination. (#11243)
