Product Description : Creating ultra-thin slices of meat requires a precise, effective roast slicer. The blade on our 12” duo-edge roast slicer is built with alternating small hollow ground ovals. As you slice into a hunk of pork, beef, or any other meat, the liquid contents inside the meat allow the slicer to cut clean slices. Thanks to the design of its ergonomic handle, and non-slip features, you can work with grease or oils feeling safe doing so.
